Design Approach & Interior Concept

The interior design draws inspiration from a classic Bendigo aesthetic, celebrating the character of the original house while subtly elevating it to suit a contemporary healthcare environment. Original proportions and detailing were respected, with new design elements carefully introduced to create a refined and timeless outcome.

Arched forms were incorporated throughout the interiors to soften transitions and enhance spatial flow, while brass inlays and detailing reference Bendigo’s gold-rush heritage. This layered approach allowed BuildMarque to honour the building’s historic character while delivering a modern, compliant dental practice.
