Scope of Work
The interior fitout included designing and constructing a fully functional dental surgery and orthodontics center. The layout, electrical, plumbing, joinery, and installation of dental-specific equipment were part of the comprehensive fitout. The project was designed in accordance with Australian dental industry regulations, ensuring optimal workflow and comfort.
Key Design Features
- Reception & Waiting Area: A clean, bright, and welcoming environment. Comfortable seating, branded feature walls, and digital displays provide patient entertainment and information.
- Dental Surgeries (3x): These rooms were designed to allow smooth workflow for both dental surgeries and orthodontic treatments, featuring high-end equipment and technology.
- Sterilization Room: Strategically located near surgeries for easy access. Custom cabinetry and high-end sterilization equipment ensure compliance with health regulations.
- OPG Room: Accommodates panoramic X-ray equipment, with soundproofing for patient privacy.
- Plant Room: Houses essential suction and compressor machines, including HVAC systems to maintain a clean, ventilated environment.
- Staff Room: Designed as a comfortable retreat for staff, featuring a kitchenette and private seating area.
- Disabled Toilet: Fully compliant with Australian accessibility standards, designed for ease of use by disabled individuals.
